Weinhof Voosen Restaurant & Winebar in Monchengladbach

We celebrated our wedding in the Weinhof at the end of August and couldn't have been happier! The location is just something very special, there is almost no need for decoration to make it cozy and atmospheric. We spent the free wedding ceremony, reception and afternoon in the garden and went inside for dinner, which we can only recommend. The atmosphere in the Weinhof in the evening by candlelight is very nice and very romantic. The whole team is very relaxed, attentive and nice and was more than positively noticed by our guests. There were never empty glasses for the bridal couple, so special attention was paid to them! We had chosen a grill buffet and were absolutely thrilled with it, there was even more to choose from among the starters than was listed in the menu and everything was very tasty and plentiful. Allergy sufferers were also dealt with very well. Those who value good food and good wine and are looking for an extraordinary location should definitely take a look at the Weinhof! The prices (contrary to many other providers) are clear from the start and have no hidden costs that you only find out at the end of the evening, so you can plan very well here without experiencing nasty surprises at the end. We would celebrate our wedding here again and again and would love to think back to the day! THANKS to the entire Weinhof team!

Were guests at a wedding in the Weinhaus. Still a quaint location with a lot of charm. The counter staff was extremely friendly and quick. There was various items fresh from the grill, which the chef prepared himself. Not everyday grilled food, very tasty and perfectly grilled. Highly recommended, especially for family celebrations of all kinds. We'd love to come back.

A lovely setting but very slow service. No drinks menu provided so be warned if you order spirits,. VERY expensive. Final bill was inaccurate, luckily we checked before paying. Food was delicious but will not visit again.

Memories awoke. Been here for the last time 20 years ago but the former sauerkraut factory in the Voosen district has lost none of its charm. On the contrary, it has gained a lot more. Hats off gentlemen What you offer there is rare in today's time. And so rustic dishes in a new look with a delicious glass of wine are second to none. We'll meet Again.

First visit based on a recommendation. Great cuisine, great service. The former sauerkraut factory was converted several years ago into an optically beautiful and very well-kept restaurant. Absolutely consistent price / performance ratio and therefore fully recommended ??.

It was our third time at this restaurant (seems to become an annual tradition). And everytime we decided to let the head waiter to organise everything and deliver an amazing surprise experience with matching wines. Yes, it can be little expensive but it's well worth the unexpected ride for your tastebuds.

The food is very appealing and of the best quality. I can only recommend the menu, creative and a taste experience. A nice and versatile location, just outside of MG center, but worth the drive.

We were here on December 26 with 6 people for Christmas dinner. The ambience is really special, cozy, quaint, just a courtyard. Really nicely decorated. The food was great! The price of the 4-course menu was 59 €, not a little but quite adequate for the quality and taste. The service was good, special praise goes to the two men in the service.

We were there for Christmas meal with family and friends. The taste was very good. Unfortunately, there was no presentation either in the food or in the table decoration and we expect a certain saturation. Price level therefore not o. K. So unfortunately not again.

Wedding celebrated here. Great atmosphere. Except for a few shortcomings very good food. Miserable service. 30% of what we were promised was simply not. But with the prices I would expect something different.

5 star for the food and ambiance but the reason I gave only 2 stars is that they do accept ONLY cash. I had to leave my wife there and go to the nearest town searching for a cash machine. Nowadays is inconceivable that a restaurant of this level does NOT accept any credit or debit card. Nowhere in their website there is a warning about the payment methods and even in the email reservation there was no warning whatsoever. Very inconvenient.
